Michael France, co-director, has spent over a decade in the commercial construction industry, delivering large-scale projects including hotels, shopping centres, and office developments. With a background in project management, Michael is highly organised and brings a strong focus on planning, coordination, and efficiency. His experience ensures every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.

Satrya Faesal, co-director, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the residential renovation sector as a qualified carpenter. His practical expertise allows him to solve complex buildability challenges on-site, while his strong eye for detail ensures a high level of craftsmanship across every aspect of the build.

Together, Michael and Satrya are personally involved in every project. They manage the site and complete all carpentry themselves, ensuring quality control, clear communication, and accountability from start to finish. By combining structured project management with hands-on building expertise, Refine Projects delivers a seamless experience and exceptional results for every client
